Bakery Cafe Pastry Cook Position

Crixa Cakes has a Full-Time Pastry Cook position available in our Berkeley, California bakery and cafe.

We are looking for a disciplined and hard-working team member who will grow with our company. This position's duties including preparation and finishing of pies, pastries, cookies, desserts and cakes, with an emphasis on volume production of cookies, pastries and doughs.

Minimum requirements to be considered for this position are:

• Two years of professional cooking or baking production experience.


• Excellent manual dexterity and math skills.


• Must be able to produce large volumes with consistent quality.


• Must be ServSafe certified and have strong standards of cleanliness.

Schedule will be 32 hours a week.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay ramge is $13 - $15 an hour, based on experience
