Crixa Cakes has a Full-Time Sales & Barista position available in our Berkeley, California Bakery and Cafe.

We are looking for a disciplined and hard-working team member who will grow with our company. This position's duties include,

• Excellent and fast customer-friendly service
• Setting up and limited finishing of cakes, pies, pastries, cookies and desserts
• Preparation of espresso drinks and teas
• Keeping cafe clean and stocked

Starting schedule will be 32 hours a week, Tuesday through Friday, from Noon to 6:30 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM.

Minimum requirements to be considered for this position are:

• 1 year of barista experience
• 1 year of food service or retail experience
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay of $11 an hour, plus tips
